The following list of inclusions are above average products which will enable us to build you a home of lasting quality. Please keep in mind you are able to customise our floor plans to suit your personal requirements, giving you the opportunity to have an end result exactly as you want.
INCLUSIONS:
- Plans & specifications prepared & lodged by Blue Ribbon Homes for Council Approval.
- Council Construction Application fees.
- All Risks Construction, Public Liability & Workers Compensation insurances.
- Home Warranty Insurance
- Survey: Peg out of residence by registered Surveyors.
- Geotechnical Engineering surveys & design of foundations by registered engineers.
- ‘BASIX’ (Building Sustainability Index) assessment fees.
- Long Service Levy contributions.
- 90 day maintenance.
CONSTRUCTION ITEMS:
- Brick veneer construction – selection of Austral/Boral/PGH – within Blue Ribbon Homes’ allowance.
- Garage brick veneer with fully lined walls & ceiling.
- Engineer designed reinforced raft concrete slab (in accordance with AS 2870.1-1996 & Supplement 1-1996 Part
- based on a level site with termite treated penetrations based on type A or S soils of 100Kpa minimum bearing
- pressure.
- Whole of House environmentally friendly Physical Termite Barrier treatment in accordance with AS3660:1:2000
- & Building Code of Australia Amendment No.8-1995. No chemical treatments are carried out by Blue Ribbon
- Homes (except at Owner’s request).
- Kiln dried H2-F termite treated timber wall & Engineer designed roof framing based on N2 (W33) wind loads.
- Roof trusses at 600mm centres.
- Internal & external wall frames 90mm thick.
