Blue Ribbon Homes offer a complete “in-house” design service. Select from our extensive range of brochure plans which can be built “as is” or modified (at no cost) to suit your lifestyle. Alternatively our in-house team will custom design a new home by combining your ideas with our expertise, maximising the attributes of your site by taking into consideration the views, summer breezes, winter sun etc. We can also quote on your existing house plans. Throughout the entire house design process we will control costs to keep within your overall construction budget.
